Discussion between Zoning Board of Appeals, Mark Branse and Eric Knapp, counsel for the Zoning Commission and David Royston, counsel for the Zoning Board of Appeals with respect to the proposed adoption of the Registry Regulations by the Zoning Commission.
A Motion was made by S. Stutts, seconded by J. McQuade, to submit a letter outlining the concerns of the ZBA to the Zoning Commission for inclusion in the public record and as part of their deliberation with respect to the Public Hearing on the Petition to Amend the Zoning Regulations re the registry regulations; a vote was taken and the motion to approve passed unanimously 5-0-0.
Adjournment
A Motion was made by S. Stutts, seconded by R. Moll to adjourn the October 13, 2009 Special Meeting; the motion to adjourn passed unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 9:15 p.m.
